History This is a special school to assist the mentally handicapped and retarded children .It was officially opened on the 10th October 1984 on the premises belonging to testimony faith homes, Eldoret. The project was initiated by Cllr J.K lesiew who was the mayor of Eldoret, in his capacity as the mayor of Eldoret, Huizen/Bad vibel partnership committee. The committee was set up some years before to foster partnership and cooperation between Eldoret and two other towns Huizen in Holland and Bad vibel in West Germany.
